Transactions detail/Total benefits 3.1 Land buying details are as followed; 3.1.1 Buying a Land Utilization Certificate 6752 with the area of 16 rai, 39 square meters, located at Kanongpra sub-district, Pakchong district, Nakornratchasrima province of Mr.Chaiwat Booranasaksri,amounting to BHT 8,000,000 (Eight Million Baht). 3.1.2 Buying a Land Utilization Certificate 6751 with the area of 15 rai, 3 ngan, 81 square meters, located at Kanongpra sub-district, Pakchong district, Nakornratchasrima province of Ms. Somjit Palichai, amounting to BHT 8,000,000 (Eight Million Baht). 3.1.3 Buying a Land Utilization Certificate 6748 with the area of 2 rai, 5 square meters, located at Kanongpra sub-district, Pakchong district, Nakornratchasrima province of Ms. Somjit Palichai, amounting to BHT 1,000,000 (One Million Baht). 3.1.4 Buying a Land Utilization Certificate 6749 with the area of 2 rai, 7 square meters, located at Kanongpra sub-district, Pakchong district, Nakornratchasrima province of Mr. Chaiwat Booranasaksri, amounting to BHT 1,000,000 (One Million Baht). 3.1.5 Buying a Land Utilization Certificate 6753 with the area of 16 rai, 9 square meters, located at Kanongpra sub-district, Pakchong district, Nakornratchasrima province of Mr. Sangchai Jariyasirikul, amounting to BHT 8,000,000 (Eight Million Baht). 3.1.6 Buying a Land Utilization Certificate 6750 with the area of 2 rai, 9 square meters, located at Kanongpra sub-district, Pakchong district, Nakornratchasrima province of Mr. Sangchai Jariyasirikul, amounting to BHT 1,000,000 (One Million Baht). The total price is equaled to BHT 27,000,000 that is a general trading offer. The percentage of this acquisition/disposition value compare to Company's assets value is equal to 0.23%. These transactions are not connected transactions, and it needs not to report or makes a report according to the Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Connected Transaction. 4. Assets' Details: The total of land is equaled to 53 rai, 3 ngan, and 150 square meters. 5. Calculation terms: The comparison between acquisition/disposition value and Company assets value. 6.
