The Company would like to report the Executive Board resolutions on an agreement to buy lands for the Employee Training Center project. This center will be helpful for improving the company's employees ability. These transactions have been made between the company and the ordinary peoples who are not the major shareholders neither the connected persons; therefore these transactions are not connected transactions, and it needs not to report or makes a report according to the Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Connected Transaction.
