ST. 010/2008/0043 July 21st, 2008 Subject: Extension of time for the contract of Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link and City Air Terminal project Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited is pleased to inform the SET that on July 14th, 2008 State Railway Authority of Thailand (Employer) and Consortium of B.Grimm International Co., Ltd., Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Siemens Co., Ltd., B.Grimm MBM Hong Kong Limited, and Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc. (Consortium) has signed the Addendum Agreement to the contract of Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link and City Air Terminal, Contract no. Ror.For.Tor.Tor.Por.1/Kor.Sor./1/2005 date January 20th, 2005. The employer and the consortium agreed to extend the contract period another 370 days in addition to 180 days which was agreed earlier. According to the Memorandum of Understanding, contract period will be extended to May 8th, 2009. It is therefore informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
