Coral Resort Company Limited amounting to 681,000 shares or 46.01% at 84.366 per share, where the total amount is 57,453,429.77 Baht. The transaction is equaled to 1.51% of total assets of the company and it is not the connected transaction. 4. Value of Consideration: Total amount: 57,453,429.77 Baht. 5. Basis of Transaction: The comparison between acquisition or disposition Classification value and Company assets value. The price per share at 84.366 Baht derived from the evaluation and it is considered suitable. 7.
