Stock Exchange of Thailand Resumes Trading of STEC The Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") had ordered the trading halt of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Co.,Ltd. (STEC) because STEC's Board of Director meeting resolved to increase capital , but such information has not yet been released to the public . Now, the Company has completely disclosed the relevant material information, which has been broadly disseminated through the SET's disclosure systems. Thus, the SET permitted resumption of trading of STEC effective from 11.30 a.m. of April 8,2005 onwards.
