CLARIFICATION ABOUT EXPECTED REVNUES

ST/2001/0391 19 December 2001 Subject : Clarification about expected revenues To : Director and President The Securities Exchange of Thailand According to the messages in www.efinance.com website on December 19, 2001 specifying that the expected net profit of the company in 2001 around 350 million baht . The company would like to clarify that this issue was not conform as Mr.Anutin Charnvirakul mention. The expected net profit at 350 million baht is for the year 2002. In addition the company would like to clarify as follow: The expected revenues in 2002 at 4,000 million baht because the company have already signed many contracts which can create revenues approximately 3,500 million baht. In addition, the company have continuously bid the projects, thus, The expected revenues of the company in 2002 are 4,000 million baht. The expected net profit at 350 million baht is intended to maintain around at 10% of the expected revenues in 2002 For the dividend issue, Mr. Anutin did not mention about this issue.
