Attention The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Attachments 1 The Inter IMC shareholders structure 2 The information disclosure measurement according to the SET Regulations Whereas Sino Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited has bought increased shares capital from the Inter IMC Pte Limited for 15000 shares at 10 Singapore Dollar per share amounting 150,000 Singapore Dollar on December 29 2000 Therefore the Company shall hold 30% of the paid up capital of the Inter IMC Pte Limited. The Inter IMC Pte Limited is a construction company, focus on mechanical works, registered in Singapore and also be a subsidiary of the STP & I Public Company Limited. Its registered capital is 2,000,000 Singapore Dollar, initially paid up 100,000 Singapore Dollar. And the paid up on increased shares capital 400,000 Singapore Dollars has been made on December 29, 2000. This transaction has been approved from Creditors with respect to STECON Rehabilitation Plan. We advise that the said transaction does not meet the threshold of the SET Regulations in relation to connected transactions and the acquisition and the disposal of assets of listed companies.
