To : Director and Manager of The Securites Exchange of Thailand Refer : SECs notification No. SJ.34/2542 dated July 10, 1998 , item no.3 According to the first companys Y2K report , it showed the required budget for preparation at approximately one million baht which is considered not more than ten million baht (or not more than five percent of shareholders equity). The company, therefore, requests to terminate the above report submission with the quarterly financial statements which should be effective from April 22,1999 henceforth.
