Clarification of News or Information ST/2012/0115 February 20, 2012 Subject: Clarification of the news: the Dividend payment at 0.5 Baht of STEC Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the news as stated in Khao Hoon daily newspaper on 20th, February, 2012 reported that Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (the "Company") is going to arrange Board of Directors Meeting on 22nd February, 2012 and it will announce to pay 0.50 Baht per share for its dividend payment . The Company would like to clarify that the company has not set the price of dividend payment yet, moreover, the dividend payment for this period has to set by the Board of Directors Meeting as well. The Board of Directors Meeting will be held on 1st March 2012. The Company would like to clarify that the company does not provide such information to the press, therefore, please be informed and dissemination to the public and other investors.
