The Additional information of the right to receive dividends

ST. 010/2010/0011 19th March, 2010 Subject: The Additional information of the right to receive dividends To: Directors and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Whereas the Board of Directors of Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (the "Company") informed the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2010 according to the Company's letter number ST.010/2010/0006 dated on 11th of March 2010 RE: Dividend payment and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2010. The Stock Exchange of Thailand asked the Company to clarify more information of the record date for determination of which shareholders are eligible to obtain dividends is fixed on March 25th, 2010 to shareholders that "the right to receive dividends, as the case may be, is uncertain as it has not yet been approved by shareholders resolved by the Annul General Meeting of Shareholders No. 16/2010 where it will be held in April 23rd, 2010." In addition, the payment of dividends will be made on May 20th, 2010. The Company provides this information for your acknowledgment and dissemination to the public and other investors.
