To : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Dear Sirs, We, Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited, would like to provide the clarificationon our yearly consolidated financial statement ending 31 December 2009 which showed net profit for equity holders of the parent company of Baht 304.82 million comparing to the previous year net profit Baht 178.07 million which increased Baht 126.75 million equal to 71.18% due to the following reasons: 1. Gross profit margin of the company and subsidiaries was 4.88% for 2009 which comparing to the previous year was 3.51% 2. Financial Cost decreased Baht 76.93 million from the previous year due to the company paid such loans from financial institutions. 3.
