The changing of scope of AC's duties and responsibilities

ST. 010/2008/0045 September 3rd, 2008 Subject: Report on the change of scope of duties and responsibilities of the Audit Committee To: Directors and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Whereas the Board of Directors of Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (the "Company") convened a Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2008 on September 3rd, 2008. The Company would like to report the resolution adopted at the said meeting as follows. The Board of Directors has resolved to change the scope of duties and responsibilities of the Audit Committee in order to comply with the notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, re: qualification and scope of work of the Audit Committee B.E. 2551, dated June 9th, 2008. The scope of said change is as per the details which appear in the form reporting the names of members and the scope of work of the Audit Committee (F24-1) attached here.
