The SET reminds investors for the last trading day of STEC-W2 on March 24, 2008
According to Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Co. Ltd.(STEC)
which announced the maturity of the Warrants to purchase ordinary shares of
Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Co. Ltd. number 2 (STEC-W2), The
Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) would like to remind investors of the last
exercise of STEC-W2.
Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Co. Ltd. (STEC) announced the
maturity of the Warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Sino-Thai Engineering
and Construction Public Co. Ltd. number 2 (STEC-W2) with exercise notice
period starting from April 3, 2008 until April 17, 2008 and the exercise date
to subscribe to its common shares on April 18, 2008. The closure of the
warrant registration is scheduled from March 28, 2008, beginning at 12.00
a.m., until April 18, 2008.
Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, STEC has
requested the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (STEC-W2) effective from
March 25, 2008 until April 18, 2008. (Detail as in STEC's news on SETSMART

By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for
the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February
9, 1995, the SET will suspend trading on STEC-W2 from March 25, 2008 until
April 18, 2008 as requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be
listed securities on the SET since April 19, 2008 onwards.
