ST.010/2007/0045 July 31st, 2007 Subject: Report on the application of increased capital Attention:The President Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited, ("The Company"), would like to inform that from January to July 2007, the company received capital from the exercise of STEC-W totaling Baht 1,563,630, the number of warrants being exercised was 1,563,630 units. None of STEC-W2 holders exercised the warrants. The increased capital has been used as a working capital for the company business operation.
