Report on Transferring the allotment of land with CCP

ST.010/2007/0001 January 3rd, 2007 Subject: Report on transferring the allotment of land with Chonburi Concrete Product Public Company Limited and Chonpratheep Property Company Limited Attention: The President Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference: (1) The letter number ST.010/2006/0042 issued by Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited dated on June 6th, 2006 RE: Report on the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2006 (2) The letter number ST.010/2006/0051 issued by Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited dated on July 28th, 2006 RE: Report on the postpone of transfer of ownership of land Whereas Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited ("The Company") reported the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2006 on the purchase of land in order to develop the land and construct the Precasted Segment for Airport Rail Link project as stated in the reference (1) and according to the report on the postpone of transfer of ownership of land as stated in the reference (2). The Company would like to inform that Chonburi Concrete Product Public Company Limited and Chonpratheep Property Company Limited allotted the land title deed no.16336 and the land title deed no.1825 to Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited as the following details; 1. The land title deed No. 16336 No. 4, on page no.1600, located at Nhongpaikaew Sub-District, Banbueng District, Chonburi province that had been separated into the land title deed No.34595 the total area of 31 Rai 3 Ngan 13 Square Wah was transferred by Chonpratheep Property Company Limited on October 6th, 2006. 2. The land title deed No. 1825 No. 5, on page no.14, located at Nhongpaikaew Sub-District, Banbueng District, Chonburi province which had the total area of 69 Rai 53 Square Wah was transferred by Chonburi Concrete Product Public Company Limited on October 6th, 2006.
