ST.010/2006/0051 July 28th, 2006 Subject: Report on the postpone of transfer of ownership of land Attention: The President Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference: (1) The letter number ST.010/2006/0042 issued by Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited dated on June 6th, 2006 RE: Report on the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2006 Whereas Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (the "Company") reported the Resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2006 on the purchase of land in order to develop the land and construct the Precasted Segment for the Airport Rail Link project as stated in the reference (1). The Company would like to inform that the land title deed No. 16336 located at Nhongpaikaew Sub-District, Banbuang District, Chonburi Province has to be separated into the total area of 31 Rai 3 Ngan 13 Square Wah as the Company requested. Moreover, the land title deed No. 1825 located at Nhongpaikaew Sub-District, Banbung District, Chonburi Province has been in processed of verifying the land in details.Therefore, the Company as a buyer and Chonburi Concrete Product Public Company Limited, Chonpratheep Property Company Limited as a seller have agreed to postpone the registration date of the transfer of ownership of land and the payment date of the total purchase price until the process of the said two lands had been finished.
