Stock Exchange of Thailand Halts Trading of STEC The Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") has ordered the trading halt of Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (STEC) because STEC has submitted Board of Directors' resolution to increase capital to the SET , but such information has not yet been completely released to the public .
