The owner of the project is Ratchaburi Power Company Limited and the project consortium comprises of 2 companies, which are Mitsubishi Corporation and Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited. The Company's scope of works includes Civil Works and Equipments Installation, which are separated from the scope of Mitsubishi Corporation. The value of Sino-Thai scope of works is 4,038,340,000 Baht (Exclude VAT.). The construction period is during 29th March 2005 - 31st March 2008.
