Subsequently, the registry of shareholders to determine the rights to receive the warrants was closed on March 17, 2005. The Company would like to further inform investors of warrant features and warrant offering schedule as follows: Warrant features Type of security: Warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the Company no. 2 ("warrant") Type: Specified name of holders Term of warrants: 3 years from the date of warrant issuance Exercise date: The first exercise date shall be the last day of the next accounting quarter from the date of warrant issuance. The following exercise date shall be the last day of each accounting quarter. The last exercise date shall be the expiration date of the warrant. Number of Warrants: 170,000,000 units Offering price: 3.00 Baht/unit Offering ratio: 6 ordinary shares per 1 unit of warrant (fraction of shares will be discarded) Exercise ratio: 1 unit of warrant per 1 ordinary share, except in the case of right adjustment pursuant to warrant terms. Exercise price: 8.50 Baht per unit, except in the case of right adjustment pursuant to warrant terms. Subscription period March 30, 2005 - April 5, 2005 Payment procedure Payment can be made in cash, check, cashier check, draft and bill of exchange, which can be cashed in Bangkok within 2 business days.
