Our ref: ST/010/2004/0057
August 27, 2004
Subject: Report on ticker change of listed ordinary shares and warrants of the Company (Revised)
To: The President of The Securities Exchange of Thailand
Whereas, Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (the company), uses the
abbreviation "STECON" for ordinary shares and "STECON-W" for listed warrants of the company to trade at
SET.
According to the resolution on the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders that convened on August 16, 2004,
had approved the issuance of warrants to purchase ordinary shares which are offered to sale to existing
shareholders. The company has to add 1 letter at the end of new warrants (for example "STECON-W2"),
and then the new warrants can be listed at SET.
Changing ticker for the new warrants due to the abbreviation that had letter more than 8 letters, which was
one of rules and regulations on trading at SET. It is therefore, the company has to change both the ticker of
listed ordinary shares from STECON to STEC and the ticker of the company listed warrants from STECON-W
to STEC-W.
It is therefore, informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
Sincerely yours,
Mr. Woraphant Chontong
