The Company would like to report the resolutions adopted at the said meeting that in the year 2004, Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited have to give first priority on projects on hand that increased from the previous year, we sold 6,649,996 common shares of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Product Company Limited to Chonburi Concrete Product Public Company Limited, par value per share is 10 Baht and paid up 5.80 Baht per share total amount 38,569,976.80 Baht (Thirty Eight Million Five Hundred and Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Six Baht and Eighty Satang), then the Company will have no shares left. With such amount, it will be our working capital. It is therefore, informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
