Ref: ST/010/2004/0020 March 31, 2004 Re: Report on the Exercise of Warrants No.5/2004 (Revised) To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Whereas, Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited had reported on the exercise of warrants (STECON-W) no.5 on March 30, 2004 stated at ST/010/2004/0018. The Company would like to inform the revision of total remaining warrants listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand from 8,067,850 units to 8,068,150 units, refers to the ordinary shares reserved to support the exercise 8,362,650 shares and the number of warrants that being exercised 294,500 units.
