The Company would like to report on the declaration of the dividends payment for 2003 at the rate Baht 0.30 per share as the references ST/010/2004/010. The Company would like to inform that as the legislation had said about dividends payment date that could be set within 30 days after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is finished. The Company will report dividends payment date on resolutions of The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 10/2004 held on April 27th, 2004.
