Clarification about dividend payment of 0.30 Bht. per share

Our ref: ST 010/2004/0009 March 4, 2004 Subject : Clarification about dividend payment of 0.30 Baht per share To : Director and President The Securities Exchange of Thailand According to the articles in website Stock wave on-line on 4 March 2004 specifying that Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, President of STECON, has revealed information that the Company will pay dividend of 0.30 Baht per share. The Company would like to clarify that during the analyst meeting held this morning, Mr. Anutin was asked by the analysts regarding the dividend payment and then reported that because the company was able to write-off all the retained loss since last year and with the Company's financial strength, the company should have a capability to pay dividend to its shareholders, therefore the Board of Directors will be proposed to consider the dividend payment without mentioning any specific amount.
