Halt Trading of STECON The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading halt of SINO-THAI Engineering and Construction Pcl. (the "Company") because there is unconfirmed news concerning the Company's dividend payment that might affect trading of its securities, but the SET has not yet been officially informed. Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of the Company's securities,effective from 4.18 P.M. of March 04,2004 until the Company has clarified or disclosed this material information to the SET.
