To : President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Dear Sirs, We, Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited, would like to provide the clarification on our yearly financial statement ended December 31,2003 which shows increase in net profit amount Baht 100.07 million equal to 19.86% comparing to the previous year due to the following reasons: 1. The company's revenue from construction for the period increased Baht 1,345.20 million which equal to 34.46% due to the expansion of construction industry. 2. The company's gross margin for the year 2003 was at the rate of 13.60% which higher than the year 2002 at the rate of 13.11% due to the company strictly control for the cost of construction.
