ST/010/2003/0030 - report the conversion of the preferred shares into ordinary shares - dated on October 1,2003, Sino - Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited would like to inform the SET that there is no outstanding preferred share after the conversion had been processed. The Company would like to revoke the preferred share (STECON-P) from being listed securities of the Securities Exchange of Thailand. Please be informed as stated.
