In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's notification no. Nor Jor. 2/2544, re: guideline on the adjustment to the exercise price/ exercise ratio of warrants, the adjustment to the number of warrants (split warrants) instead of the exercise ratio be approved. The warrantholders would receive 10 units of warrants for every unit of warrants. The exercise price shall be one unit of warrants is exercisable to purchase one new ordinary share at the exercise price of Baht 1 each share.
