In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's notification no. Nor Jor. 2/2544, re: guideline on the adjustment to the exercise price/exercise ratio of warrants, the adjustment to the number of warrants (split warrants) instead of the exercise ratio for the warrantholders whose name appear on the register book on July 10, 2003 at 12.00 noon, be approved. The warrantholders would receive 10 units of warrants for every unit of warrants held on that record date.The exercise price shall be one unit of warrants is exercisable to purchase one new ordinary share at the exercise price of Baht 1 each share. 2. That the share register book of warrantholders be closed on July 10,2003 at 12.00 noon so as to determine the warrantholders entitlement to additional units of warrants for every unit of warrants held on that record date.
