Our Ref : ST/010/2003/0002 January 8, 2003 Subject: Report on the awarded project Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (STECON) is pleased to inform the SET that on December 27, 2002 the Company received a Letter of Intent from Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. awarded the Company to be a sub-contractor to construct its portion of work in the Eastern Industrial Ring Road. The value of the contract is 896,771,806 Baht which makes the total value of the Company work in this project equal to 1,541,557,072 Baht (VAT included).
