Our Ref : ST/010/2003/0001 January 6, 2003 Subject: Report the sale of land of subsidiary (Revised) Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (STECON) would like to inform the SET that on December 27, 2002 HTR Corporation, our 80.90% owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement to sell its land in Central Pattaya totaling 26 Rai 33 Square Wah at the amount of 185.7 Million Baht to a non-related party. The net profit of the transaction is 62 Million Baht. However, this action is not a connected transaction under the Rules and Regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
