Our Ref : ST/010/2003/0001 January 6, 2003 Subject: Report the sale of land of subsidiary Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (STECON) would like to inform the SET that on December 27, 2002 HTR Corporation, our subsidiary, entered into an agreement to sell its land in Central Pattaya totaling 26 Rai 33 Square Wah at the amount of 185.7 Million Baht. The net profit of the transaction is 62 Million Baht. Please be advised and disclose to investors and public.
