CHANGE IN PAR VALUE OF "STECON"

Change in Par value of "STECON" Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Co.,Ltd.(STECON) has informed the SET that it has completed the legal process required for changing the company's par value from 10 baht to 1 baht. As a result, effective from August 9, 2002 onwards, the par value of the "STECON" security in the trading system will be changed from 10 baht to 1 baht.
