CLARIFICATION ON THE RUMOR RELATED TO THE WARRANT ISSUANCE

Our Ref: ST/2002/0012 January 10, 2002 Subject: Clarification on the rumor related to the warrant issuance Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the letter from the SET requesting the Company to clarify about the rumor on the issuance of company's warrant for the existing shareholder which the Company will issue warrant . The company would like to clarify that the boards of directors have not made any decisions regarding this matter however the issuance of warrant will be considered in the board of directors meeting on January 11, 2002 and details are not finalized.
