ST/1999/1057 on subject of debt restructuring, the company would like to inform additional information of debt restructuring as follows : Debt Restructuring under Court The Benefits for the company ? The company will be protected from debt restructure throughout the plan. ? All debtors will be protected from debt restructure throughout the plan ? All debtors received tax benefits from debt restructure ? The court's command will make the new debtors' confidence. The process of debt restructuring plan under the Bankruptcy Court ? The company will proceed to file a petition with the Bankruptcy Court within this November. ? The court will inquire the petition within 1 month after receiving the petition and appoint the plan's processor ( in case of the debtors agree to appoint the company as the plan's processors). The court will declare in Rajjakijjanubeksa. ? The plan's processor will file plan to the court within 3 months. ? The company will convene the meeting with the debtors in order to find out the resolution. ? The company will proceed plan and inform the court through the timetable. ?
