REPORTS CHANGE OF DIRECTOR

Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc (STACON) announced that its board of directors had resolved at its meeting No 4/1996 held on December 11, 1996, the motions shown below: 1. To acknowledge the resignation of a director, Mr Chavaratn Chanweerakul. 2. To appoint Mr Masthawin Chanweerakul as the successor of the resigned director. 3. To amend names and number of signatory directors to be as follows: - Sign along with the appendage of company's common seal : Mrs Thasanee Chanweerakul, president of board. - Two of the following four directors co-sign along with the appendage of the company's common seal : Mr Anuthin Chanweerakul, Mr Udomsak Chakreeyawanit, Mr Vallop Rungkitwarasathian, Mr Masthawin Chanweerakul.
