REPORTS BOARD'S RESOLUTION FOR LAND SELLING

Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc (STECON) reported that the company would sell 25 rai of land to Sore Asia Co Ltd with land title deeds of 2727, 2728 and 2729 located at Ban-Chang District, Rayong Province. This was in accordance with its board of directors' resolution at meeting no.38/1994 on October 21, 1994. The purpose is to construct a carbon pipeline and mixed metal plant to use in the petroleum refinery industries. The selling price of the land is Bt2 million per rai and the company will receive a profit of approximately Bt24 million. The company will also receive benefits from the joint investment in the future as Sore Asia Co Ltd has produced materials to use in the petroleum refinery industry and the company has constructed oil refineries in the adjacent areas.
