The Company is one of the construction company in Thailand that serves both civil and mechanical works.
The Company services include infrastructure, building, energy & power, industrial and environment.

At the end of 2022, the revenue contribution consists the revenue from construction contracts 99% and other revenue approximately 1%

The company's net profit in 2022 was 2.8%

It is the Company’s policy to pay dividend in an amount of not less than 40% of its net profit before its interest in subsidiary companies. The dividend payments shall be made only if the Company has no accumulated loss or does not plan to make additional investment in mega projects.

The BSR Joint Venture (BSR), comprising of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTSG), Sino - Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STEC), and Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (RATCH), recently bid the Pink Line Monorail Project : Khae Rai - Min Buri Section and Yellow Line Monorail Project : Lat Phrao - Samrong Section, in occasion that the BSR Joint Venture was awarded contract by the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA).
